What You’ll Be Doing (VIP Manager)
- Managing VIP players and acting as their main point of contact.
- Communicating via Intercom, Telegram, WhatsApp, and calls.
- Monitoring player activity and engagement proactively.
- Developing and executing retention strategies.
- Handling complex cases (payments, withdrawals, bonuses, KYC, disputes).
- Collaborating with internal teams: Payments, Risk, Support, QA, Product.
