Responsibilities

• Client Service & Relationship Management
  • Manage and service a VIP Personal Lines portfolio, including renewals, policy changes, and customer inquiries.
  • Build long‑term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional and personalized customer service.
  • Conduct thorough annual policy reviews to ensure clients have the most appropriate coverage and competitive premiums.
  • Help clients understand their insurance coverage by providing professional advice and recommending policy adjustments when needed.
