Amundi IT department is responsible for Business application and user support, providing user training on global systems, and also participating in business application rollouts and projects.
User Support: Provide first-line support to business users for Amundi Local applications and ALTO, Amundi portfolio management system. Address user inquiries using JIRA (ticketing system) and troubleshoot issues to provide solutions to users.User Guidance and issue resolution: Guide users in understanding application functionalities and resolving issues they encounter while using the systems. Analyze user-reported problems to identify root causes and provide effective solutions.Incident Management: As a team, actively monitor and manage incidents related to the ALTO Platform, demonstrating immediate availability during working hours to acknowledge and address urgent issues.
