Videogames Customer Service (Portuguese, WRITTEN SUPPORT)

Keywords Studios Mexico is looking for customer service representatives for written support - NO CALLS.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This is for candidate pooling purposes. We do not have a current project we are recruiting for at the moment; however, we will consider all candidates who apply to this posting for future opportunities.

Player Support communicates with with players and solves their problems, such as lost accounts or questions regarding details, and provides excellent customer service (through chats, emails and tickets).
