What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed targets in the mid‑market and corporate sectors, ensuring sustainable growth and a winning culture.
- Drive a high‑performance prospecting and acquisition strategy, fostering a collaborative, competitive, and accountable team environment.
- Collaborate with the Branch VP, Practice Directors and Services teams to align sales efforts with key solution offerings, maximizing project services utilization and client value.
- Oversee accurate and timely sales reporting and forecasting in CRM, leveraging analytics to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Cultivate and expand strategic partnerships with top industry leaders, including Microsoft, Databricks, Cisco and others to deliver innovative solutions and joint go‑to‑market programs.
