The Prospect:

Our client, a growing and evolving multi-site healthcare business, is seeking a Vice President, Regional Operations Leader to join their team. This is a critical and highly hands‑on hire, brought in to support a segment of the business that requires stronger day‑to‑day operational execution and oversight. The organization is undergoing a structural shift, with a separation between strategy/program development and on-the-ground operational execution. This role will sit firmly on the execution side, acting as a true operator within the business. This role is suited to someone who thrives in ambiguity, can move quickly from one issue to the next, and is comfortable stepping directly into clinics to identify problems, implement solutions, and drive performance.
