Vice President, Product Creation Development
Executive Vice President of Product Creation Development responsible for shaping and executing global strategy across apparel, hardgoods/accessories, and footwear. Lead the end‑to‑end development process from concept validation through commercialization, ensuring consistent quality, fit, performance, and innovation of our mainline products.
Base pay range CA$224,000.00/yr – CA$308,000.00/yr.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Arc’teryx global Product Creation Development strategy and lead the evolution of a comprehensive long‑term strategy that amplifies innovation and operational excellence.
- Formulate and lead the execution of the five‑year roadmap, including phased year‑by‑year planning to support seasonal strategies for mainline product, business units, and product innovation.
