VP of Operations

Reporting to the VP Advisor Services, the VP of Operations is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing Richardson Wealth's end-to-end operations strategy. This role drives operational excellence, scalability, and advisor & client service innovation, ensuring alignment with iA Wealth long-term growth objectives with a mandate to elevate the client & advisor experience, generate operational efficiencies and foster a positive and winning team culture.

As a key partner to our Advisor teams, the Head of Operations will oversee the firm’s back-office and middle-office operational activities including technology, end-to-end processes and system integrations. In addition to ensuring day-to-day operational processes run smoothly and efficiently, this role focuses on streamlining operations and enhancing the client, advisor and employee experience.
