Job Description
Job Overview LGI Homes is seeking a Vice President of Sales in Raleigh, North Carolina, to drive sales and support growth in the South Raleigh area.
Responsibilities
Drive sales operations within the region.
Recruit, train, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed annual sales goals.
Develop ongoing training and conduct monthly manager training and goal‑setting sessions.
Participate in weekly mortgage pipeline calls for all communities and create weekly sales reports for leadership.
Qualifications
Top producing sales management record.
5+ years of experience training, managing, and motivating a team of personnel.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and provide productive feedback.
Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
Valid driver’s license.
