Job Title Vice President of Real Estate Expansion & Development 
Location Latin America / Dominican Republic 
Industry Real Estate Construction Expansion 
Work Mode On-site (depending on the case) 
Salary $23,000 USD per month + benefits 
Job Objective As the Vice President of Real Estate Expansion & Development, you will lead the company's growth and diversification strategy in the real estate and construction sectors across Latin America and the world, with a strong focus on the Dominican Republic. You will be responsible for identifying and managing new investment opportunities, acquiring strategic land assets, overseeing real estate developments, and establishing key partnerships to drive the company's market consolidation and expansion.
