Our direct client is looking for a VP of Finance that has a background with the Life Science or Diagnostics industry background for a full-time direct hire in the Mississauga / Toronto, Canada area.

- Salary $250k - $295k + RSU
Qualifications
- Proven startup experience in a high-growth or early-stage environment
- Deep manufacturing finance expertise, with preference for in-house production (outsourced manufacturing experience acceptable)
- Demonstrated experience scaling in-house manufacturing operations from a finance perspective
- Hands‑on leadership of ERP implementation(s) and financial systems buildout
- Led a company through its first-ever external audit, establishing processes, controls, and audit readiness from the ground up
