Role Overview

This is the most important role in the company responsible for the success of our customers. Helping our customers achieve their goals, understand the value of the product and its limitations, and explain how the product can help the broader company, are the main responsibilities. The main metric is NRR. We must figure out a way to keep NRR >101 and keep growing it consistently.
