Drive growth at a leading junior mining company as Vice President of Business Development in Rockport, Ontario. Lead strategic partnerships and advance project initiatives in a hybrid remote setting.
You will collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership to expand the company's resource opportunities in various commodity divisions. This senior role requires expertise in mining, relationship-building, and negotiation to foster partnerships with mining companies, First Nations, and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and negotiate joint ventures and partnerships
• Build relationships across mining sectors and investment communities
• Support capital raising initiatives and investor outreach
• Represent the company at conferences and industry meetings
• Collaborate with teams to advance exploration opportunities
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in the mining industry
