Role Overview
The VP, Merchandising & Supply Operations leads Fullscript’s end-to-end supply chain and merchandising functions, driving a data‑informed, technology‑enabled operating model that fuels growth, product availability and profitability. This role integrates demand planning, inventory allocation, purchasing, merchandising strategy, and systems innovation into a unified function aligned with company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute an integrated supply‑chain strategy aligned with growth, profit, capital investment and operational performance goals.
- Provide strategic oversight of the merchandising/category management organization and partner with leadership to refine and execute merchandising strategy and product lifecycle.
- Oversee the supplier compliance organization, ensuring that unauthorized resellers are restricted from purchasing products in accordance with supplier partner policies.
