Overview

Headquartered in Toronto, the Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB) is responsible for investing in new infrastructure projects. The CIB’s mission is to work with provincial, territorial, municipal, federal, Indigenous and private sector investor partners to transform the way infrastructure is planned, financed and delivered in Canada.

Vice President, Investment Legal leads a national team of legal professionals providing support across the CIB’s investment lifecycle. The role sets legal standards for transactions, enables disciplined and business-focused execution, ensures compliance with mandate and regulatory requirements and serves as the senior legal advisor on the CIB’s most complex investments.
