Position Overview
Reporting to Cabot’s Chief Financial Officer, the VP, Global Real Estate Sales is a key member of the Cabot team working to deliver on the brand’s mission to “Create Magical Places.” The VP, Global Real Estate Sales is responsible for driving sales performance of Cabot’s luxury real‑estate properties through strategic pipeline optimization, hands‑on coaching, and team leadership rooted in accountability and collaboration. The role also shapes inventory strategy, aligns product offerings with market demand, and provides competitive insights to inform pricing, positioning, and sales tactics. A strong focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and talent development is essential to success.
