Vice President, Finance (Regina)

Role Overview

Reporting to the CEO and supporting the Board of Directors, the Vice President, Finance is a key member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic financial stewardship for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation and approval process for multi‑year financial plans and the annual budget to ensure that sufficient resources are allocated for successful program delivery.
• Prepare and present financial, budget, and other reports to the Board of Directors and other Board Committees, as directed by the CEO.
• Plan and manage the organization’s cash flow; provide advice and risk analysis on the financial implications of FNCIAS activities and decisions.
• Represent FNCIAS at governance tables relevant to Accounting, Finance, and Payroll, or others as directed by the CEO.
