The Opportunity
Responsible for managing the performance and growth of the Power Generation category including Sales, Service, Rental, Parts, Projects, Engineering, and full P&L.
The Role
Maintain expert knowledge of existing and potential vendors and dealers and applications of the assigned PG category areaWorks with Power Gen Managers to align and deliver annual product sales targets by market, category and vendorSupport Power Gen Managers and Dealer advisors by participating in meetings with vendors to negotiate contracts, rebates and special pricesWork closely with Key Account Managers and End Market Leaders to manage national customers, support programs, sales initiatives and business growthLead, coach and support a group of Managers including, Sales, Parts and services, Production, Engineering and Project ManagementOptimize operational efficiency and financial viability acros...
