FUNCTION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the GM, Shared Services, the VP, Business Enablement is a key player in leading ADP's Business Transformation, with accountability for setting and delivering on the Product Enablement strategy within ADP Canada. You will work with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment to implement industry best practices and execute key organizational objectives. This position is best suited for candidates who embrace the challenges associated with driving cross‑departmental delivery excellence at a rapidly growing HCM software solutions provider.
