Job Description
Customer Service Representative – Supply Chain (Full‑time, On‑site, Querétaro)
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements and specifications.
- Monitor customer inquiries and process shipments.
- Coordinate transport logistics as per customer needs.
- Maintain direct communication with clients.
- Track orders, analyze forecasts, and coordinate parcel deliveries.
- Serve as a single point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring high quality service.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service within the automotive industry (3 years preferred).
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and business English.
- Proficiency in TOMS GM, ERP (SAP), and Excel.
