Hybrid | Colombia or Peru We?re looking for a high-performing SDR with strong B2B experience to help drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love connecting with decision-makers, this role is for you.
What you?ll do
- Run outbound campaigns (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Qualify leads and book meetings (SQLs)
- Engage senior stakeholders (VPs, CMOs, CEOs, etc.)
- Track activity and results in CRM tools
What we?re looking for
- 2+ years SDR experience (strong cold calling skills)
- Proven track record exceeding targets
- Experience with multichannel outreach
- Excellent communication & B2B sales skills
