This role requires 1–2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, where you will manage vendor setups and relationships with internal stakeholders. You'll analyze data discrepancies, run error reports, and drive solutions while maintaining strong communication. Your contributions will support timely invoice payments and compliance with internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform vendor setups and changes in PeopleSoft and Coupa
• Analyze data and perform reconciliations between systems
• Communicate with vendors to enhance onboarding experience
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies in vendor maintenance
• Troubleshoot invoice issues within the Coupa system
Requirements:
• University degree or College diploma in Finance or Accounting
