Monday to Friday: 08:30 to 18:00 with 01:30 break for rest and meals. Saturdays: 08:00 to 12:00.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via in-person, WhatsApp, and phone
• Conduct internal and external prospecting of inactive and new customers
• Identify and approach potential new customers
• Visit, approach and serve clients in person, with or without prior appointment
• Demonstrate products and acquisition conditions
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through after-sales activities and relationship management
• Serve the existing client portfolio

Education

• High school completed (required)
• Intermediate computer skills – user level
