Vehicle Operations Supervisor
Job Description
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Contributes to and generally supports efforts relating to Amentum’s SafeUp® Program.
+ Oversees training for all employees in operating procedures and safety requirements, including transportation for all departments to/from airfields, on-call taxi service, “bellhop” service, taxi service at the airfield, and dispatch functions.
+ Creates and maintains working schedules for vehicle operators and periodically rotates personnel between various tasking, including operating shuttle system vehicles, taxi driver, dispatcher, and additional seasonal transport requirements.
+ Responsible for allocating vans to various departments while ensuring appropriate vehicles are available for required shuttle tasking.
+ Oversees training for volunteer Recreation Department drivers, Long Duration Balloon (LDB) personnel, and vessel operations personnel.
