Hybrid Position – Santiago, Chile (2 days a week)
This is a hybrid position working out of our Santiago, Chile office approximately 2 days a week.
What You’ll Do
- Post payments to all Community Association homeowner accounts
- Make deposits for all homeowner payments
- Reconcile monthly association bank statements
- Review and enter vendor invoices
- Process payments to vendors on a timely basis or as funds become available
- Assist with association financials, balance sheet, statement of operations, general ledger, and any other required reports
- Make monthly and year‑end journal entries
- Prepare and send vendor 1099 for each association’s vendors
- Assist with preparation of documents for tax returns and financial audits
- Assist with the preparation of accounting reports for board and annual HOA meetings
- When required, present reports at HOA meetings
