Step into a vital role as an Accounts Payable Team Leader in Vaughan, Canada. This permanent, hybrid role involves leading a team in a high-volume environment while enhancing processes and vendor management.
Our client needs a seasoned Accounts Payable professional to oversee a small team supporting AP operations. Your leadership will be key in monitoring KPIs, managing escalations, and maintaining internal controls. You will contribute to ERP projects and streamline process improvements in a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a small AP/shared services team
• Ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs
• Oversee vendor management and invoice processing
• Support month-end reporting and audits
• Facilitate collaborations with various departments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or similar
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
• At least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proficient with ERP systems
