This role requires a highly qualified Endocrinologist who will work collaboratively to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Ensure timely educational support for patients and their families throughout the transplant journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide endocrinological assessments for transplant patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor and manage hormone therapies
• Engage in clinical research and publication efforts
• Support patient education on transplant procedures
Requirements:
• Current CPSBC full registration
• Mandatory CMPA membership
