Job Description
Elevate community outreach as the Van Outreach Program Manager at MainStreet Project. Manage effective service delivery while fostering relationships with vulnerable populations and team members.
This full-time, permanent role reports to the Director of Community Initiatives and is pivotal in managing MSP’s outreach efforts. You'll lead a diverse team while ensuring that program operations meet the needs of individuals experiencing homelessness. Essential skills include excellent crisis management, strong leadership, and program evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
