Job Description
**_PRIMARY FUNCTION:_**
This position is responsible for overall leadership and management of manufacturing (fabrication & assemblies) at Beaver site and for operations at two Service Centers in WV and IN. Overall responsibility for leading Operations team in order to achieve or exceed annual site objectives. Drives performance to achieve or exceed financial plans and strategic goals. Leverages resources and motivates team to create a high-performance culture.
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: _**
- Lead all ESA Supply Chain and Engineering Validation activities at Tijuana site to meet site objectives (annual profit plan and monthly forecasts).
- Support development and execution of plans to achieve world class high five metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, and Inventory) at the site by collaborating with respective functions.
- Support a Zero Incident Safety culture within the responsible departments and champion assigned EHS categories.
