Purpose:

Promote and sell the Rocky Mountaineer and Canyon Spirit experiences to travel trade partners and direct guests. Guide clients through the sales cycle with expertise and enthusiasm, ensuring seamless and memorable vacation planning across phone and email channels. Manage bookings with accuracy, process payments and itinerary changes, identify upselling opportunities, and consistently deliver high-quality interactions that drive revenue growth and enhance guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle high volume of inbound interactions related to new and/or existing bookings.

Apply the 5-step sales process to qualify and close bookings.

Troubleshoot guest concerns and proactively resolve issues.

Ensure booking accuracy and minimize need for follow-up calls.
