About the Role
Specialised physiotherapist role for the Men's First Team, based in Cleethorpes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as lead physiotherapist for all First Team training sessions and matches, ensuring appropriate emergency first aid provision at training and both home and away fixtures.
- Provide evidence‑based assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation programmes for First Team players.
- Develop and enhance the injury treatment and management programme, ensuring approaches remain aligned with the latest research and best practice.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in accordance with legislation, policies, and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy standards.
- Implement and monitor a treatment and injury management strategy in collaboration with the First Team coaching staff, Head of Performance and Sports Science team.
