As a key research figure in the North team, you'll own the research practice, providing insights that drive product decisions. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure data-rich user experiences. Your seven years of multi-method research expertise will help shape our approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop systems for actionable and organized research
• Execute complex research projects from start to finish
• Support teams with consultation on research quality
• Enable feedback tools for insightful product roadmap planning
• Guide PMs in establishing measurable hypotheses
Requirements:
• 7+ years of hands-on UX research experience
• Strong infrastructure creation skills for research projects
