Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our sales and operations team. This role is fast-paced and high-volume, requiring strong Excel skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Utility Program Sales Support
- Prepare quotes for utility program projects and maintain accurate pricing documentation
- Assist the sales team with proposal preparation, project documentation, and operational coordination
- Support high-volume program activity by organizing and tracking project information across multiple accounts
