Pay Rate: $100,000-$180,000

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct and lead all aspects of the Dealership Sales Department
• Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times
• Acquire used vehicles for retail sales, with a focus on sourcing through a busy service drive
• Desk vehicle sales deals
• Work with the Service Manager to ensure quick preparation of used vehicles for delivery
• Effectively manage leads and personally engage with all retail used sales traffic at the dealership
• Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan, modify and review all current issues and programs
• Keep updated on all manufacturer and financial institution's current product, program, promotions, and ensure that all staff understand factory programs
