The Manager, Global Brand Portal Operations and Training plays a key role within the Intellectual Property and Brand Protection team by driving the successful operation, adoption, and continuous improvement of Walmart’s Global Brand Portal. This position partners with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple markets to support program execution, platform governance, and operational alignment. The role is responsible for leading training and enablement initiatives that promote effective use of the Brand Portal, managing technical issue resolution and escalation processes, and ensuring a high standard of operational support.
