As a Payroll Supervisor at Ruhrpumpen you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payroll operations, primarily for the U.S. and Argentina, to later overseeing other international payrolls within the Shared Services Center. This role combines hands-on payroll execution with leadership responsibilities, including team supervision, process standardization, and support for system stabilization and future payroll integrations.

Main Responsibilities :

• Process U.S. employee payroll accurately and on time, according to the established pay frequency (bi-weekly) and offcycle payrolls.
