U.S. Payroll Specialist

We’re hiring: Payroll Specialist (US Scope) based in Bogota, Colombia (Hybrid work)

Exciting opportunity for payroll professionals in Colombia who want to work in an international environment supporting payroll operations across the United States.

We are looking for candidates with 2 years of experience in payroll administration , ideally supporting large employee populations and managing multi-jurisdiction U.S. payroll processes.

Key requirements:

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now (U.S. version)
• Knowledge of U.S. payroll tax compliance and payroll regulations
• Experience with HRIS platforms and ATS systems
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables)
• English proficiency required
• Union payroll experience and CBA exposure are highly valued
• Canadian payroll experience is a plus
