About the Role
We are seeking experienced U.S. Immigration Paralegal to support a high-volume corporate immigration practice. This role focuses heavily on L-1, EB-1 and H-1B petitions and requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience preparing and filing U.S. nonimmigrant visa petitions,
coordinating with attorneys and corporate clients, and working under tight deadlines. This is a fully remote role based in Canada, supporting U.S. immigration matters.
Key Responsibilities
● Experience in preparing and filing high-volume L-1 and/or EB-1 and/or H-1B petitions, including extensions, amendments, and transfers.
● Draft and compile immigration forms, support letters, and petition documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
