Job Description
Take a pivotal role in psychological research as a part-time Research Coordinator at the University of Calgary. Focused on a web-based intervention project, this position is funded for approximately three months and could extend.
You will report to Dr. Tavis Campbell while working within the Behavioural Medicine Lab. The Research Coordinator helps implement significant research targeting atrial fibrillation among adults with chronic health conditions. Comprehensive knowledge of research methods is necessary alongside effective communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage monthly lab meetings and participant interactions
• Assist in recruiting and retaining study participants
• Explain study risks and ensure informed consent from participants
• Collaborate with various healthcare providers to support the study
