Job Description
The successful candidate
will manage an assigned portfolio of students and guide them through course selection and academic planning to ensure alignment with graduation requirements and post-secondary admission expectations. This work includes regular progress meetings with students and their parents or guardians. The University Counsellor will support all aspects of the university application process for Canadian, U.S., and international institutions, including application timelines, transcripts, reference letters, essays, personal profiles, and supplementary materials. The role requires monitoring and clearly communicating key deadlines, requirements, and institutional expectations to ensure students remain organized and well supported throughout the application cycle.
