Job Description
Join Alamos Gold Inc. as an Underground Project Engineer overseeing construction projects from design to execution in a camp operation setting with a 14/14 schedule.
This role reports to the Senior Project Engineer, requiring a BSc in Mining Engineering and at least 2 years of underground mining experience. Key responsibilities include preparing designs, managing stakeholders, and ensuring safety and budget adherence. Candidates with underground technical experience in CAD design, scheduling, and cost estimating will excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present UG construction project designs
• Create detailed technical drawings for projects
• Track and order necessary materials for construction
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on project quality
• Manage on-site contractors and coordinate multiple departments
