Job Description
Pay rate range- $45/hr - $47/hr. hybrid: Mondays & Tuesdays are mandatory – 3 days remote
Role Overview: This role focuses on designing intuitive, accessible, and scalable user interfaces while helping evolve legacy systems and introduce new features that improve both client and employee experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design, visual consistency, and solving complex problems through thoughtful digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Create wireframes, mock ups, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma Design new features and user experiences across a variety of web-based applications Work within established design systems and contribute to maintaining consistency and scalability Collaborate closely with business analysts, business users and developers throughout the design and implementation process Produce clear design documentation, specifications, and developer handoff assets Advocate for usability, acce...
