As part of the Global Compensation team, you will report to the Global Compensation Manager, advising on the application of comprehensive compensation programs. Your role is essential in driving organizational success and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly participate in salary review processes and incentive management
• Maintain salary structures and HRIS compensation accuracy
• Assess pay equity for new and existing positions
• Analyze data from compensation surveys for strategic recommendations
• Contribute to total compensation in acquisition scenarios
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years experience in total compensation
