Tunnel/Geostructural Engineer – In‑Training (EIT)

We are looking for a talented, motivated, Tunnel/Geostructural EIT to join our Vancouver tunnels team. In this position you will work alongside our tunnel engineers on local, national and global projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing geotechnical and geostructural analysis and design for tunnels, shafts, excavations, retaining structures, and other underground or ground interaction systems.
• Support site oversight, field reviews, site investigation activities under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support interpretation of geotechnical data, develop ground models, and establish engineering parameters to support design and risk evaluations.
• Complete engineering calculations, design reports, drawings, and technical specifications in accordance with applicable codes and standards under the guidance of senior engineers.
