Responsibilities
·Developanoverallprojectimplementationplan,includingtimelines,milestonesand performance parameters, for the implementation of theStrategy (theProject).
·IdentifyanyoverallorspecificProjectrisks,andrecommendstrategiesforrisk mitigationandmanagement.
·Directly advise and support the internal project team throughproject planningandimplementation phases,(i.e. upto6monthspre-launch,andyears1and2).Specificproducts andtimeframestobenegotiated.
·Createandsupportuseofvarioustools,templatesand processes,asrequired,to support project management of the Strategy, including measuring andreportingonprojectprogress.
·Identifyproblemsandproviderecommendations,includingnewormodifiedprojectelements,newtoolsorprocesses,toresolvetheseproblems.
·Leadachangeimpactanalysisregardingnotonlythe implementationof thenewStrategy, but cumulative effect ofchanges to the organization in recent years;lead the devel...
