Responsibilities:
Day-to-day activities related and assigned to a dispatch roleComputerized dispatch within TMW systemEnsure trucks are properly loaded and assigned proper destinationsMonitor wash schedules, schedule arrival and departure timesRespond and provide solutions to both customer and driver questions & concernsEnsure clear communication with CSRsEnsure DOT & MOT requirements are met & compiled on a daily basisSchedule equipment for regular service as well as emergency repairsAssist with driver skills e.g: Self-Loading, Customs, Hazmat, Hours of Service, Company Policy and Procedures, Regulations, etc.Update websitesCommunicate & problem solve with railways when required Qualifications:
Bulk dispatch experience an assetGood computer skills and software experience including TMW
