Shift ScheduleShifts available to choose: Monday to Friday from 5:00 am to 1:40 pm or 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. Note: there is paid training the first month from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm or from 8 am to 5 pm depending on the trainer.
Requirements- Advanced English, Spanish, and Portuguese
- Experience in IT technical support (training available)
- Strong communication skills over the phone
- Customer service mindset
- Willingness to start on the IT field
