Main duties:
To assist the Export department and deliver excellent customer service to high-end customers.
The Role:
- Handle all queries received via email and website
- Answer calls from customers and Sales Managers
- Generate orders and data inputting
- Manage customs and export paperwork for deliveries
- Assist colleagues/other departments in busy periods
- Administrative duties as required
The candidate:
- Fluent in both French and German (both written and verbally)
