Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Casa Grande, Arizona.
Start Date: 05/25/2026 | Duration: 13 weeks | 40 hours per week | 8 hour shifts | Employment Type: Travel
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and document per clinic and payer requirements.
Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
Supervise and delegate to therapy assistants; participate in student clinical education (preferred).
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Arizona PT license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC (may be required).
Outpatient orthopedic experience required.
