**Work Shift**: Monday to Saturday 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m**Responsibilities**:- Design, schedule, and deliver training programs tailored to truck drivers, including onboarding for new hires and ongoing development for experienced drivers.
- Ensure training aligns with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Support fleet managers in identifying training gaps and solutions for driver development.
